Parts/Point of Sale/Work Orders

- Create suggested orders based on updated Promo IDs, saving hours on Promo Orders.
- Download Parts Order and Parts Return Parameters, Depot Information.
- Check Depot Availability, Complete Part Information, Model Used Info, Back Order by Part Number, and Orders by Part Number from within an invoice, parts order or parts maintenance.
- Submit Stock and Emergency orders for Pre-edit directly from the order screen prior to submission to determine the accuracy of the order—no need to re-key into the green screen.

June 30th Deadline is Approaching to Install the CNH Gateway

The deadline put forth by CNH Capital to install the CNH Gateway Initiative is fast approaching! CNH Gateway is an Internet-based technology enhancement improves how you process your CNH Capital Commercial Revolving Account transactions. Without this integration, dealers will be required to re-key their invoices into the CNH Capital Virtual Terminal, which requires a subscription.
We are pleased to be one of the few software vendors authorized to offer this integration with our Windows-based business management system, ASPEN. Using the Gateway interface for ASPEN, CNH dealers can access the Gateway to apply CNH promotions to the customer order, and process the customers Case CRA payment directly through the ASPEN invoicing screens. Charter Software’s CNH Gateway Interface for ASPEN Enhances Point of Sale Process for CNH Dealers

Littleton, CO – March 25, 2011
We are pleased to announce new integration between ASPEN, our Windows-based business management software, and CNH Capital, the financial services business of agricultural and construction equipment maker CNH Global N.V. (“CNH”).
This new integration with eliminates the need for equipment dealers to go outside of the ASPEN business system or use a credit card terminal to process sales using CNH Capital-issued accounts. Without this integration, dealers accepting the CNH Capital Commercial Revolving Account as payment will need to manually key in their Commercial Revolving Account transactions via the CNH Capital Virtual Terminal.
