Anne Salemo, President of Charter Software, presented a free Webinar to all ASPEN users to introduce the new Order Code and Alert functionality built into ASPEN. This feature enables parts managers to maximize fill and minimize the investment of parts on the shelf.

Thanks to everyone who attended our FREE DealerWin Customer webinar last month put on by Anne Salemo, President of Charter Software. The webinar was the first of a two part series on Helpful DealerWin functions. Survey responses indicate that ALL attendees walked away with something they could apply immediately in their day to day tasks and they rated the class 4.5 out of 5.

We are pleased to announce the release of a CODIS-Access
Interface for our DealerWinTM business management system. The CODIS-Access Interface allows dealers who
work with distributors using the CODIS-Access system to submit parts orders to
their distributor directly from the DealerWin™ orders screen without needing to
leave the system.
The adoption of the CODIS-Access
system by distributors is increasing due to the ease it brings to their dealers
ordering process.
During the month of January, Charter Software received and converted several price files. The following is a list of updated price files that are now available to customers and the current effective date for each:
DealerWin™ users can now access a library of custom queries plus extract additional reports from DealerWin™ with the new, easy-to-use Query Tool, available right from a desktop icon! Use the query tool to further refine, sort or regroup your results. Query results can also be exported to Excel, XML or a text file for other uses.
