Charter Software has partnered with Payment Processing Partners, a leading payment processing provider, to ensure a seamless, secure credit card processing solution for their U.S. customers. Payment Processing Partners flagship product, ChargeItPro is today's premier payment processing application. Dealers using Charter’s business management system, ASPEN, can process credit, debit and gift card transactions through ASPEN’s Point of Sale screen using Charter’s ChargeItPro Interface.

Great Feedback from February FREE Customer Webinar

Thanks to everyone who attended our FREE DealerWin Customer webinar last month put on by Anne Salemo, President of Charter Software. The webinar was the first of a two part series on Helpful DealerWin functions. Survey responses indicate that ALL attendees walked away with something they could apply immediately in their day to day tasks and they rated the class 4.5 out of 5.

NEW! CODIS-Access Interface for DealerWin

We are pleased to announce the release of a CODIS-Access Interface for our DealerWin^TM business management system. The CODIS-Access Interface allows dealers who work with distributors using the CODIS-Access system to submit parts orders to their distributor directly from the DealerWin™ orders screen without needing to leave the system.

The adoption of the CODIS-Access system by distributors is increasing due to the ease it brings to their dealers ordering process.
