(also known as DTF) can save time for people in the parts department.
JD 202: PartSmart & PartsManager Pro Interfaces and Special
Orders Module This web-based class is
approximately one hour and focuses on the interface for electronic parts
catalogs (PartSmart and PartsManager Pro) as well as how to use the Special
Orders Module to save time in preparing your Expo orders.The EPC interfaces can
save you lots of re-keying. Even if you have been using PartSmart and/or PM Pro
for a while, we're sure you'll learn something new in this class - shortcuts to
make your job easier!

Just log into the virtual classroom at the scheduled time. Each one hour class
will demonstrate "how-to's" in Parts, Service, Whole Goods, Customer Profile,
and Accounting.
DealerWinTM Basics is an introductory series of four
separate classes in Parts, Service, Whole Goods, and Accounting is the first
series offered in the online format, but is not a prerequisite to any of the
other classes that review more advanced features of each module. AVAILABLE SOON ON CD-ROM! Last class September 24.

Learn how to make full use of the features and functionality of DealerWinTM's
different modules! This unique, hands-on class is held at Charter
Software headquarters in Littleton, CO, and is limited to four people.
This class can be customized if all four attendees are from one
dealership. Each student has their own computer. All features of the
program including system set-up are covered in detail and tailored to
fit the individual business needs of each class. All previous attendees
have left with a clearer understanding of how to use the system and
highly recommend it!

Practice Sessions.
DealerWinTM Basics is the first series
of our new Web-based training classes. Each class is one hour long, and can be
"attended" by as many people in your dealership as you like for a flat fee. Just sign up at least a day ahead and log on at the designated time for your course. These classes
are great for employees who are new to DealerWinTM or would like to supplement the
practice sessions that are required to be taken by at least one person before
your dealership goes "live." DealerWinTM Basics courses can be purchased
individually or, for discounted pricing, as a complete set of four (recommended). See our online events calendar for dates/times and to register. All classes are held Mountain Time.
