MAERA Convention Indicates Dealer Optimism PDF Print E-mail

Charter Software participated in the Mid-America Equipment Retailers Association annual convention on February 9th and 10th in Louisville, Kentucky.  Anne Salemo, President of Charter Software, presented a seminar on Planning for Profits in Your Parts Department. Charter Software appreciates the opportunity to provide valuable information to MAERA members. MAERA members may request a copy of the presentation or more information on this topic by emailing us.

Of course, there was much discussion of the state of the economy at the convention.  A cautious optimism was evident among the dealers, along with an understanding that getting a better handle on their business during this time is critical.

Many thanks to our customers who took the time to stop by. It is great to have an opportunity to talk with you face to face!
