DealerWin Academy Web-Based Training
If you wish to avoid travel expenses and still want some very effective training, this newest training option has quickly become our most popular. One of our experienced technical support technicians leads a one hour, online class to
Each one hour class will demonstrate "how-to's" in Parts, Service, Whole Goods, Customer Profile, and Accounting. These classes are repeated at regular intervals and require pre-registration. Just log into the virtual classroom at the scheduled time.

DealerWin™ In-House Training Seminars

Three-day training seminars are held regularly in the training room at our facilities in Littleton, Colorado. Class size is limited to four participants so that we can tailor the class content to the level of the group. In our casual classroom setting, each student has their own computer on which to review screens and perform practice entries. Attendees receive a complete set of training manuals that include all class content as well as practice entries and step by step instructions. If four people from your dealership attend, the class can be customized to fit your specific business needs, free from the distractions of their daily work environment. Customized Web-based Training
A customized alternative to having a trainer come on site, this option allows multiple users to work with your trainer over web-conferencing. You still get the individualized attention you need at a lesser expense.

 


 

On-Site Training
The trainer travels to your location and customizes the training to meet your specific business needs, at your pace. Some dealerships have the trainer work with one person at a time, while others opt to have the trainer work with small groups—you decide what will work the best for your company.
