Using a Signature Capture device, dealers can have customers sign computerized invoices and other documents using a digital pad in lieu of the traditional method of obtaining customer's signatures manually and storing extensive quantities of paper documents. The dealer has the option to configure the Signature Capture by payment method to allow multiple signatures or just one signature per type of document. The signed documents are then securely stored within the ASPEN business management system and can be retrieved and viewed at any dealership location connected to the system.
