Take your ASPEN knowledge to new heights! Join us for three days of learning, networking with other users, and enjoying beautiful downtown Denver in the summer!
What's New for This Year:
Convenient downtown Denver location - We've chosen a gorgeous hotel in a very central location in the heart of downtown with easy access to public transportation, shopping, dining, sightseeing—no rental car needed—just 40 minutes from Denver International Airport.

Upscale venue at discounted rate- The beautiful Magnolia Hotel is the site for this year's conference. Take a photo tour of the hotel.
A boutique hotel, the Magnolia offers upscale amenities to pamper you—beautifully appointed rooms; complimentary daily hot breakfast, evening cocktail reception and nightly cookies and milk; high-speed Internet access; 24-hour fitness center; onsite lounge and billiards room; complimentary downtown transportation; and on-premise dining options! Suites or standard rooms are available at a discounted rate. Follow this link to make your hotel reservation.

More Lab Time- Most of last year's attendess wanted more time in the ASPEN Lab. We've lengthened the breaks between sessions and added more lab time so you can practice what you've learned alongside our professionally-trained staff, as well as work one-on-one with our staff on finding answers to specific topics.
Shorter Sessions and Advanced & Beginner Topics- We've shortened the length of the sessions into more digestible portions, and topics will appeal to both our new ASPEN users as well as those looking for more advanced training.
Manufacturers' & Industry Market-Segment Breakouts-We will have breakout sessions for the different industry and market segments represented by our attendees, and are inviting manufacturer representatives from major manufacturers to host breakouts to discuss their integration with ASPEN as well as industry trends.
Attending the ASPEN User Conference is a MUST! To see firsthand how we could use processes within ASPEN to benefit our company and our employees was invaluable.
There's no better time than summer to be in downtown Denver!
The city of Denver sits just east of the Rocky mountains, and with warm days and pleasantly mild nights, is bursting with activity in the summer. From the Magnolia Hotel, walk, bus, cab or even grab a bike* to some of Denver's many downtown attractions, including the famous 16th Street Mall pictured here. There's always something happening on this open pedestrian mall, which in summer often features free entertainment. Free buses run up and down the length of the mall with stops at every block.
*Denver Bcycle provides bike stations throughout Denver for a small fee.
