ASPEN Initial and Continuing Training
Empowered, knowledgeable employees are the key to a successful dealership!
Initial online and onsite training is required for the successful configuration and use of ASPEN at your business. During your implementation, we assign an Implementation Coordinator to work along with you to configure ASPEN to match your own unique business processes. In preparation for onsite training, Charter provides at least seven, one-hour online sessions and practice assignments to ensure that your employees have knowledge of the basic transactions in the software. View online training class descriptions We also supply a “practice” installation of ASPEN for use during the implementation period.
After you’ve configured your system, completed the online training sessions, and received your converted data (if applicable), Charter will come on-site to your main location for training. The amount and duration of onsite training required varies with the size of your business.
After completing your initial ASPEN software implementation and training, we recommend further training. We can provide customized web-based, on-site or in-house training to focus on specific functionality of the software and/or your specific needs.
