Charter offers different customized training options to meet your team’s educational needs.

  • Onsite training is performed at your location and is customized to your specific training needs. The on-site training allows the trainer to work directly with your employees in their own work environment and with their actual projects.
  • Customized Web-Based Training is performed via the Internet using Zoom Meetings so the trainers are connected to your computer and guiding your employees through their projects or areas of training. Packages are typically broken into 60 to 90 minute sessions, and multiple users may utilize the training time.
  • ASPEN University regional training – ASPEN University is regionally based training that provides a comprehensive, affordable training option including hands-on practice of concepts. Topics covered are geared toward helping daily users of ASPEN become more proficient in their jobs so they can better serve customers.
  • ASPEN User Conference – held once a year in Denver, CO, the ASPEN User Conference focuses on advanced managerial topics, product roadmap discussions, unstructured lab time to address individual issues, and increased networking opportunities including industry roundtable discussions.
