AGCO COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

The AGCO Communications interface encompasses a variety of transactions and integrations supported by AGCO. This interface is updated at no additional charge as AGCO creates new initiatives for communications functionality. Additional integrations will be added as they become available.

AGCO price and supersession updates

Parts Orders transmission including stock, fill-in, daily, priority, VIP and promo submission Epsilon Web Integration, which allows you to see ASPEN part information in Epsilon’s parts information screen and transfer pick lists from Epsilon Web to ASPEN invoices, parts orders, and/or service work orders. AGCO Parts & AGCO Parts Books To Go (partsbooks.com) displays pricing and availability from ASPEN. API integration which allows AGCO dealers to transfer to and from AGCO the appropriate data required by API for analysis as well as visibility/availability in the AGCO D2D exchange platform. Also includes the ability to pull down suggested orders/returns through AGCO’s API. AGCO POS (Point-of-Sale) Integration which is part of the API integration. NOTE: AGCO has enhanced their current AGCO Parts Integration (API) feeds with the inclusion of Point-of-Sale data (see AGCO Interfaces Setup in Mfg Interfaces Setup in System Settings.) The Point-of-Sale Integration is a process for sending transactional data to AGCO. The data consists of parts, service and wholegoods information. There are multiple ways AGCO utilizes this data to enhance their programs and reports, such as improvements to the MDI (API) program, parts and service marketing, and reporting on Aftersales Financial KPIs.

AGCO PLUS+ INTERFACE

Quickly process AGCO PLUS+ Commercial Customer Credit transactions directly from ASPEN’s POS or work order screen with this optional interface. Safely store AGCO PLUS+ customer numbers in ASPEN to save processing time and enable quick balance inquiries from the ASPEN Customer record.

BOBCAT COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows Bobcat dealers to transfer parts orders to Bobcat as well as see ASPEN part information in Bobcat’s Online Parts Catalog (OPC), and transfer pick lists from OPC to ASPEN invoices, parts orders and/or service work orders. Bobcat's flat rate job codes are displayed in ASPEN under standard jobs. Bobcat parts prices and supersession updates are included with this interface. Additional integration will be added as they become available.

CLAAS COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows CLAAS dealers to transfer parts orders to CLAAS, upload parts to the CLAAS Parts locator (this feature requires the query tool), and import a quoted unit from the CLAAS Konfigurator website into an ASPEN quote. Additional integrations will be added as they become available.

CNH COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This comprehensive interface encompasses a variety of transactions and integrations supported by CNH. This interface is updated at no additional charge as CNH creates new initiatives for communications functionality. Additional integration will be added as they become available.

  • New Generation Parts Catalog (NGPC) Integration provides visibility of your ASPEN part information in NGPC's parts information screen and allows for the transfer of pick lists from NGPC to ASPEN invoices, parts orders, and/or service work orders.

CNH GATEWAY INTERFACE

This optional interface allows dealers who accept CNH Commercial Revolving Accounts as a form of payment to store CRA account numbers on customer records, get instant authorization, give credit, or run a sale through the ASPEN Point of Sale screen without having to use a terminal or dial-up modem.

HONDA PRICE UPDATE PROGRAM

This program allows Honda Power Equipment dealers to update parts prices via web site download from Honda.

JOHN DEERE COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This John Deere interface encompasses a variety of transactions and integrations. This interface will be updated as John Deere creates new initiatives for communications functionality. Additional integrations will be added as they become available. Updates to John Deere parts price and supersession files. Download MSTs and SPGS for any model or job to populate Standard Jobs in ASPEN, bringing over job steps, parts (where applicable), and flat rate times. This enhanced John Deere integration saves time and ensures accuracy. Transfer parts orders and surplus returns, receive parts packing lists, upload Parts Locator records, and download special terms programs. Map YOUR chart of accounts to JD to submit financials to DFA/FIS. Integration with JD Delivery Receipts/Product Registration. Register units at point of invoice or anytime thereafter from the customer record, eliminating the need to re-key all the information online. Integration with CG Orders/JDMNT/JD Quote II. Quote ANY unit in your ASPEN whole goods from within JD Quote II. All JD equipment put on order through CG Orders populates the unit in ASPEN's inventory and, when shipped, automatically creates the voucher in Accounts Payable, without the need to key in JD Units and/or Floorplan. Automatically uploads equipment information to Machine Finder Pro. Import from XML file JD Configurator into either a quote or an order in ASPEN. Submit warranty claims using ASPEN's warranty claim worksheet, where you can edit information carried over from the work order. No need to key the information into JD WIN SAP.

JOHN DEERE FINANCIAL INTERFACE

This optional interface allows dealers who accept John Deere Financial Multi-use Account CA (formerly AgLine) PowerPlan, FarmPlan, and/or JDCRP as a form of payment to get instant authorization, take a payment, or run a sale through the ASPEN Point of Sale screen without having to use a terminal and/or the CheckF software.

JD PARTS ADVISOR (PM PRO) INTERFACE

This optional interface allows you to see your ASPEN part information in JD Parts Advisor and transfer pick lists to invoices, parts orders, and/or service work orders. Parts Manager Pro is provided through Snap-On or the appropriate manufacturer.

KAWASAKI COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE (US Dealers Only)

This interface allows dealers to update parts pricing through website downloads from Kawasaki and to transfer part orders to Kawasaki (excluding engines).

KRONE PARTS LOCATOR

Parts Locator functionality automatically uploads Krone parts with current availability to the agroparts site nightly.

KRONE PARTS ORDER SUBMISSION

The Krone parts order submission takes all part order detail lines from the part order and automatically uploads them directly into agroparts basket. This saves time and reduces errors when submitting a parts order to Krone. The agroparts Connect site opens in an ASPEN window when submitting the order so you may complete and submit your order to Krone without leaving the part order screen in ASPEN.

KUBOTA COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE (US Dealers Only)

This interface allows Kubota dealers to transfer parts orders from ASPEN to KubotaLink, check warehouse availability, order status, and create and upload parts locator records to Kubota directly from ASPEN. It provides visibility of your ASPEN part information in Kubota K-PAD and the ability to transfer pick lists from the K-PAD shopping basket to ASPEN invoices, parts orders and/or service work orders. Kubota flat rate repair times are available in ASPEN as a standard job. Kubota iKQ integration with the ability to pull in quotes on new equipment from Kubota into ASPEN. Enter program and financing options and add any additional items from ASPEN to the quote. Kubota parts prices and supersession updates are included with this interface. As an approved DMS provider for Kubota, all additional integrations will be added as they become available from Kubota.

KUBOTA CANADA COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE (Canadian Dealers Only)

This interface allows Kubota dealers to transfer parts orders from ASPEN to Kubota Canada, check warehouse and dealer availability parts, check part order status, view unit warranty campaigns and policy information, and upload parts locator records to Kubota directly from ASPEN. Kubota parts prices and supersession updates are included with this interface. As an approved DMS provider for Kubota, additional integrations will be added as they become available from Kubota. Parts integration - Order submission, locator submission, order inquiry, warehouse and dealer availability, part order status Unit integration (warranty) - warranty campaign and policy lookup

MAHINDRA COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows users to submit parts orders through ASPEN directly to Mahindra Parts System (Intelli Catalogue), eliminating the need to rekey parts orders by hand. Additional integrations will be added as they become available.

POLARIS COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows Polaris dealers to communicate directly with other Polaris dealers and the manufacturer in the following ways: Updates Polaris Parts, Garments, & Accessory price and supersession files. Get Detailed vehicle specs from Polaris, including all serial numbers & build information From a unit record, look up all Polaris rebates and promotions that apply to that unit View a unit's service history for all applicable campaigns and warranties Look up Polaris service plan info from the unit record, such as warranty expiration date, extended service contract details & expiration, and original selling dealership Automatically upload your Polaris parts inventory to be visible to other dealers Check other dealers' & Polaris parts inventory levels directly within ASPEN Submit parts orders directly to Polaris without the need to re-key anything Additional integrations will be added as they become available.

STIHL COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows automatic submission of product registration details directly to STIHL from ASPEN POS, Units Maintenance, and Customer Equipment screens, eliminating the need to register products manually through the suppliers’ portal. Dealers can extract parts orders from ASPEN and transmit them to STIHL, eliminating the need to re-key information.

YAMAHA COMMUNICATIONS INTERFACE

This interface allows ASPEN users to submit parts orders through ASPEN directly to the Yamaha Dealer System (YDS), eliminating the need to rekey parts orders by hand.
