Cancellations are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to the start of training. No refunds within 45 days of the start of training, but you can substitute participants with advance notice to Charter Software.
Hotel reservations subject to hotel policy and are attendee’s responsibility. Charter is not responsible for refunds on canceled travel. Lunch is not included.
