Over the past few years, Charter has invested in developing its Kubota Communications Interface, which includes functionality such as allowing dealers to transfer parts orders from ASPEN to KubotaLink, check warehouse availability, order status, and create and upload parts locator records to Kubota directly from ASPEN. This interface also provides visibility of your ASPEN part information in Kubota K-PAD and the ability to transfer pick lists from the K-PAD shopping basket to ASPEN invoices, parts orders and/or service work orders. With the iKQ integration, dealers can pull quotes on new equipment from Kubota directly into ASPEN.
Through these integrations, ASPEN can save dealers hours of time otherwise spent in parts lookup, order processing, accounts payable, updating price files and re-keying data, increasing dealership operational efficiency.
